Pokémon Scarlet & Violet has a lot of original creatures that we can only speculate on their origin. That’s the case with the newly discovered Diglett-like Pokémon that even the Ecological Society can’t agree on its background. They’re unsure if it’s Paldean Form of Diglett or a completely different species. Take a closer look at images of this white Digglet-like creature and draw your own conclusions as to whether this is a new Diglett form or a completely new Pokémon.

Pokémon experts fromSerebii.netspeculate that this is an entirely new Pokémon species called Wiglett. Although that’s all information, for now, even the name draws a connection to Diglett, which means they may be related. This story only confirms that Pokémon Scarlet will have a vibrant world with never-before-seen creatures. One of them isnew poisonous Pokémonthat roams the woods of Paldea.
