Wo-Chien can be found in South Province Area One. You will first need to collect the stakes needed to open the door. Once you do, head to the location marked below, and you can encounter and catch Wo-Chien.

Chien-Pao Location in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

You can find Ting-Lu in Socarrat Trail. First, you must collect all stakes needed to open the door. Once you do, head to the location marked below, and you can encounter and catch Ting-Lu.
Chi-Yu Location in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
Chi-Yu is located in Fury Falls in North Province Area Two. After collecting all stakes to open the door, head to the area marked in the image below. Here you will find Chi-Yu, and you may capture it.
