Head to theofficial event pageonHoYoLABvia browser or the app, which can be downloaded through the App Store and Google Play Store. HoYoLAB is a community platform for all HoYoverse games, includingTears of Themis, Genshin Impact,Honkai Impact 3rd,Honkai: Star Rail, andZenless Zone Zero. To log in, input your Genshin Impact account information, which doubles up as your HoYoverse account.
Scroll down apost a commenton specific areas that interest you. They may or may not be related to Faruzan. ensure you post a comment and not a response to an existing one. The comment must also follow all relevant community guidelines:

How to claim rewards in the “Enigmatic Machinist” Faruzan Genshin Impact event on HoYoLAB
Genshin Impact will randomly select 10 lucky players who participated in the event to win a prize. When the post replies increase by increments of 2,000 (2,001, 4,001, 6,001, etc.), the number of winners will increase by five. There can only be a maximum of 40 winners.
The prize is a set of Character Stands, each containing three random characters. They will be delivered to the winners' shipping addresses. If you’re a minor, make sure to get permission from your guardian to receive a physical parcel. Winners will be notified via theRewards Notifications(System Messages) on HoYoLAB, and will also be posted on the event page by December 16. Keep in mind that winners must shoulder customs fees and taxes when receiving the reward package in accordance with local policies. If you’re a winner and fail to submit your shipping details promptly, your reward may be forfeited.
