You need to prepare the following to level up Yanfei to either 80 or 90. This doesn’t include Ascension and Talent costs.
Ascension materials & cost
You need to prepare420,000 Moraand the following materials to fully Ascend Yanfei. The Mora value doesn’t include level-up and Talent costs.
Local Specialty & Boss material
Noctilucous Jadecan be found in mining spots across Liyue and The Chasm. Meanwhile, Juvenile Jade can be farmed from the Primo Geovishap in Tianqiu Valley.
Gemstones
These are dropped by all Pyro Normal and World Bosses, such as the Pyro Regisvine,Pyro Hypostasis, andAeonblight Drake. Additionally, you canconvert materialsusing the Crafting Table to turn your existing Gemstones into Pyro ones.
Common materials
These are dropped by all kinds of Treasure Hoarders all over Teyvat. Using Masterless Stardust, you can also purchase limited quantities per month from the Paimon’s Bargains.

Talent level-up materials & cost
You must prepare1,652,500 Moraand the following materials to level up all three of Yanfei’s Talents tolevel 10. The Mora value doesn’t include character level-up and Ascension costs.

These can be farmed from theTaishan Mansion Domainin Jueyun Karst on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
World Boss material & Crown of Insight
Crowns of Insight are limited rewards that can be obtained from big events. Yanfei’s World Boss material is called the Bloodjade Branch, which can be obtained bydefeating Azhdahafrom the Beneath the Dragon-Queller Trounce Domain in Nantianmen.
