Honkai: Star Rail is the highly-anticipated upcoming title by HoYoverse, the creator of Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact and it is available forpre-registration. But a supposed leak may have accidentally revealed the release ahead of official confirmation, but this should be treated as speculation until proven otherwise.
A well-known member of the Genshin Impact community,Zeniet, posted a screenshot, stating, “Honkai Star Rail is now up in the App Store set for April 26th, 2023 release.” While Honkai: Star Rail has gone through a few betas, no official release date has been announced. While this is certainly speculation, fans don’t have long to wait if this date is real.

When we checked, Honkai: Star Rail shows Coming Soon and the June 09, 2025 release date. Other fans have also posted screenshots of this date. What makes this more confusing is that the Chinese community expected a different date of June 29, 2025, because of the Lunar Year and an inside joke within the game.
This information should be taken with a grain of salt, as HoYoverse has not shared any official date or confirmed this as the actual release date. This means it could be a mistake, but the next closed beta is scheduled for June 22, 2025, so we may receive an announcement following the end of this beta.
