Level Balls are not for sale through Delibird Presents stores but rather up for auction at thePorto Marinada Market. They will be up for bid once you have cleared theCascarrafa Gym Challengeand registered270 Pokémonin your Pokédex.
They can also be earned as a reward from theAcademy Ace Tournament. Once you have defeated all eight gyms in the Victory Road path, this is unlocked. Level Balls are one of the many random rewards you’re able to get through the Academy Ace Tournament in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
