To check your current Meal Power status from the open world, press yourright arrow key. This will open your notification menu on the right-hand side of your screen. Meal Powers inPokémon Scarlet & Violetlast 30 minutes from when you ate your last meal. Your timer will continue running in the overworld and menus, like the notification or your main menu. If you really need to stop the clock, you can pause by returning to the Home Screen on your Nintendo Switch Console.
you may reset your meal powers early by eating another dish if you want to. Eating a new dish resets the timer in your notification menu for another 30 minutes.
