Highwind Trial is one of the four activities that you’re able to enjoy in the Genshin Impact Of Ballads and Brews event, which celebrates the Weinlesefest, one of Monstadt’s most important holidays. The event runs fromSeptember 29,2022, toOctober 17,2022, while you can exchange Festive Fever rewards untilOctober 24,2022.
In the Highwind Trial Challenge, you must help an Adventurer named Leni motivate others to participate in the Challenge by testing it out yourself.
How to unlock the Highwind Trial Challenge in the Of Ballads and Brews event in Genshin Impact
To unlock Highwind Trial, you must first complete the first Event Quest calledSounds From Afar. Once that’s done, you’ll automatically unlock the Event Quest calledExemplary Adventurer!, where you must speak withLeniin Springvale. After engaging in dialogue with her, the Event Quest will complete, and you can start partaking in the Highwind Trial.
Head to the event menu, selectEvent Details, and switch to the second tab to access the Highwind Trial Combat Tests. There are three in total that unlock throughout the event period.

How to complete the Highwind Trial Challenge in the Of Ballads and Brews event in Genshin Impact
Upon starting the Highwind Trial, you need to head to the enemy encampment marked by the unique icon on the World Map. You’ll find three or moreSublime Anemogranaaround the area, which are swirling green energy that you need to approach to pick up. Doing so will merit you a buff—information about it is on the lefthand corner of the screen.
After defeating all of the enemies, wind currents will spawn. Use them to head to the next Challenge area. There arefive areas per Challengewith a stronger enemy at the final destination (such as a Stonehide Lawachurl), but you can stop and continue any time as there is no time limit. You can reference theHighwind Trial iconon the World Map and mini-map to find the next Challenge area.
How to claim Highwind Trial Challenge rewards in the Of Ballads and Brews event in Genshin Impact
Head to theEvent Details, selectHighwind Trial, andselect the Combat Testthat you completed. You’ll be redirected to a page where you can claim rewards for each of the five Challenges. Only the final one will grant you Primogems.
