To own a company like in BitLife, you must have a minimum of $280k balance in your account. The best way to accumulate a large amount of money is to work in any high-paying lucrative field, like medicine as a doctor, before opening your company. Use the Startup or Acquire option to buy any company from theSpecial Careersmenu.
After owning a company, you may expand your facilities one step at a time by using theFacilitiesicon under the company Activities tab. For example, if you own aFood Truck business, you can use the Facilities tab to open one more new outlet/facility for your company. Make sure you have 20 different facilities for your company to tick off the first challenge.

How to own a company that sells more than five products in BitLife
To sell multiple products under your company banner, you need to launch new products. After owning a company, use theAdd a Productoption in the company Activities tab to launch a new product. you’re able to find the option at the end of the Activities menu. Before launching, ensure you use a Consultant and perform market analysis. Once you have launched more than five products, you will tick off the second objective.
How to give employees more than $250k bonuses in BitLife
The third quest in the challenge is to give your employees a bonus of more than $250k. To do this, click on theemployee’soption from the company Activities tab. Select one worker and click on the bonus button. Now, keep paying a bonus until you cross $250k. The maximum amount you can pay at a single time depends upon your company’s capital.
How to Pay your employees the Big Bucks for over ten years in BitLife
The fourth task in the Generous Boss challenge is to pay your employees the Big Bucks for more than years. To change your employee’s salary, visit thePayrollssection under your company Activities tab. After opening thePayrolls menu, adjust the compensation from the defaultAveragetoBig Bucksto implement the effect. Maintain the same salary bracket for the next ten years.
How to have a salary of less than $100k for over ten years in BitLife
The last objective of the challenge is to receive a salary of less than $100k for over ten years. To configure your salary, visit the company Activities tab and select theSalaryoption. Now, change your salary to anything less than $10k a year and keep the amount for the next ten years to finish the Generous Boss Challenge in BitLife.
