While not normally a part of the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Pokédex, players can catch the iconic Pokémon. In addition to being a rare encounter, this Charizard will also feature many special aspects. It will have theDragon Terra Type, theMightiest Mark, theCharizard the Unrivaledtitle. This will be the only way to get Charizard in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, at least for now, so make sure you play the game and participate in the required Terra Raid Battle.
Charizard may be available through other means in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, but there is no guarantee. So those who wish to add the fan-favorite Pokémon to their team will need to be ready. Join the Terra Raid Battle at special Black Crystals and capture this special Charizard in December of 2022.
