Where is Iron Thorns' location in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?
Unlike the other Paradox Pokémon, Iron Thorns only appears in a specific location in the Paldea Crater. The quickest way to find the future Tyranitar form is to head on to the Zero Gate fast travel point located under Medali City. Next, enter the gate and take the green portal toResearch Station No. 2. After exiting the room, immediately head north to the slanted dirt wall just a few feet away from the science lab.
Iron Thorns’spawnlocationcan be found around therocksandbouldersscattered under the steep cliff. If you do not see the Paradox Pokémon, run back to the research station and repeatedly re-enter the dirt location until it pops up on the overworld. Iron Thorns has a low spawn rate, so it might take a few minutes before the mecha dinosaur finally appears on the map at level 58. Pokémon Scarlet users will need to trade with a Pokémon Violet user to get Iron Thorns in their game.
