Maple Hospitalis a role-playing experience that, unlike bigger scale experiences like Brookhaven orLivetopia, confines players to one area, in this case a hospital, and allows them to develop/refine specific skills, learn about the medical field, and experience a handful of the careers that come along with it. Whether you act as a doctor, nurse, or even a patient, chances are you’ll discover something new every time you play this experience, including some pretty cool badges! How to unlock the Buddies badge in Maple Hospital
Before we begin this guide, it’s important to mention that, similar to theBone Chillerbadge, you’ll need help from a friend or server member to earn this badge—there’s, unfortunately,no wayto unlock it on your own. Once you have someone available to help you, spawn into Maple Hospital and, instead of entering the hospital itself, walk around the outside toward the playground.
This playground should have a set of swings, a small jungle gym, and, most importantly, a seesaw (teeter-totter).

Approach this seesaw with your helper and have them sit on it by pressingE. Then, once they’ve sat down, you may also sit down.
Upon both you sitting on the seesaw, you shouldbothautomatically earn the secret Buddies badge. That’s all there is to it!
