Magmammoths are some of the coolest beast creatures roaming the Dragon Isles, and if you’re like us, you’ve probably been wondering if you can get one as a mount. Fortunately, we’re happy to report if you can, but getting it will require some serious dedication. There are several requirements, easily accessible but time-consuming in nature. Here’s everything you need to know about how to get the Loyal Magmammoth for your mount collection in WoW Dragonflight.

Obtaining the Loyal Magmammoth in WoW Dragonflight
The Loyal Magmammothmount, unlike most other mounts, is not purchasable from a shop or looted off an. Instead, you must opt into a bit of a mini-game to get it. Before we get ahead of ourselves, though, let’s discuss the requirements to start the process. It’s a bit different from the usual checklist:
Once you have the reputation, you’ll need to purchase two specific items. The following items are purchased from Sabellian’s and Wrathion’s Quartermasters, respectively:
Your last requirement is to purchase theMagmammoth HarnessfromYries Lightfingers. The harness is purchased using the Netherforged Lavaproof Boots and Sturdy Obsidian Glasses. It is not obtainable if you do not have both items, hence the reputation requirements.
Now that you have all the prior setup, it’s time to get your mount. Head to theBurning Ascentand look for aTame Magmammothroaming nearby. Get close to it and position your cursor on the magmammoth until it allows you to ride it. While riding the beast, open your inventory and click the harness. Doing so will add the Loyal Magmammoth mount to your collection and grant you the Grand Theft Mammoth achievement in the process. Enjoy your new lava-spewing mammoth!
