WhileFind the Markersmay seem like just another scavenger-hunt-style experience, it actually offers quite an intricate map with more than a handful of challenging secrets to find. With itsChristmas 2022update, Find the Markers has addedeightmore markers for players to discover, including the one we’ll be covering in this brief guide, thePersimmon Marker.
Finding Persimmon Marker in Find the Markers
Once you’ve spawned into Find the Markers, head toward the forest area of the map and locate the factory pictured below.
Enter the factory and walk into its Assembly Room. Inside of this room should be the brown box pictured below—jump inside of this box to enter the factory’s basement.
Once inside the basement, walk forward and touch the rocket in the corner of the room—this will teleport you to Mars. On Mars, walk down the metal steps and toward the experiment lab in the distance.

Enter this lab and turn right down the first hallway you pass.
At the end of this hallway should be an area dedicated to a botanical experiment. Approach the tech board for this experiment and press the greenStartbutton on it.
Upon doing so,fourbars will appear on the left side of your screen, one with aplanticon, one with awatericon, one with afireicon, and one that serves as a timer—to earn the Persimmon Marker, players must fill these bars so that they match the bars on the wall within the time limit.
Harvesting water
To fill the water bar, leave the experiment lab and look for one of the crystals pictured below. To harvest water from an Ice Crystal, simply walk up to it and pressErepeatedly. After harvesting10drops of water, return to the botanical experiment area and drop them off in the water basin by pressingE.

To use this water to fill your bar, simply press the blueWaterbutton.
Collecting fertilizer
To fill your plant bar, look for the greenFertilizerbutton that’s to the right of the tech board and press it. Similar to the water button, each time that you press the button, the plant bar will fill one level.
Igniting fire
To fill your fire bar, you’ll need to use the set of buttons that’s to the left of the tech board. To raise the amount of fire being produced, press either of the two upward arrow buttons. To lower the amount of fire being produced, press either of the two downward arrow buttons. Unlike the water and fertilizer buttons, however, the fire button doesn’t increase the amount one at a time; it instead increases it slowly over time.
Repeating the process
Once you’ve successfully matched the bars on the left to the bars displayed on the wall, one of the three white squares near the Start button will turn green. Repeat the process detailed above two more times, turning the final two buttons green, to finish the experiment.
Now that you’ve completed the experiment, you should be able to enter the lab room and find the Persimmon Marker. To add this marker to your Markerdex, simply walk up to it and touch it. Upon doing so, you should receive the badge and pop up pictured below!
