If you are not this rank, you will not be able to purchase the mount. If you already have that requirement, then you’ll need a few additional resources before you can acquire it:
Both the Iridescent Plumes and Contoured Fowlfeathers can be purchased directly from the Auction House for cheap if you’re having trouble looting them. The Dragon Isles Supplies, however, must be obtained as stated.
Once you have all the materials, head theDragonscale Basecamp in The Waking Shores. The Tamed Skitterfly is sold by the Innkeeper,Granpap Whiskers. Simply speak with him and purchase your new mount. Congrats!
