Grindcraft is a free-to-play browser-based crafting sim in which you start with the ability to punch a tree to try and get some wood. But over time, you can work your way up to battle mobs, auto-harvest basic resources, and eventually build forts, export goods, and train armies. How do you play Grindcraft?

To begin with, you will have many greyed-out icons on the right of your screen and anOverworldbutton on your left. As you have no tools, all you can do in the beginning is click the Overworld button to harvest wood with your bare hands. You’ll notice you can hover over the items on the right, and they’ll show what they need to make them. Once you havefour Wood, for example, you can click onSticksand theCrafting Tableto make these items. But to get water, you are going to need to craft a bucket, which takes a few more steps:

Once you have crafted a Bucket, you canclick the Overworld button, and it will sometimes give youWaterinstead of Wood. Congratulations! You can now get Water in Grindcraft.
