Disney Dreamlight Valley includes hundreds of crafting recipes for items you create from your crafting table, made with items found all around your valley. Some of these crafting recipes can get extensive and require a bit of effort to complete, like the Blue and Silver Balloon Arch. Finding 20 of each type of flower will probably be the most time-consuming activity, as flowers can only be harvested as they spawn in each Biome. You’re likely to find about four or five of the flowers you need each time you search a Biome. Unfortunately, hanging out with a Disney Friend that boosts foraging will not give you a chance at harvesting extra flowers.
To find Iron Ore, your best bet is to mine in the Forest of Valor and Glade of Trust Biomes, where you will likely be harvesting flowers as well.
