The four ingredients you’ll need to make Buñuelos are:Cheese,Wheat,Milk, andEggs. Keep in mind that you’ll also need one piece of Coal Ore to finish cooking the dish. Three of these ingredients can be purchased from Remy’s Pantry at Chez Remy, while the other can be easily grown in the Peaceful Meadow Biome.

Cheese, Milk, and Eggs are the three ingredients you’ll need to purchase. They are unlocked as soon as you complete one of Remy’s first friendship quests along with his restaurant. Here is the cost of each ingredient:
Wheat is an easy ingredient to grow via gardening. You can purchase the seeds fromGoofy’s Stallin the Peaceful Meadow for one star coin a piece. You’ll be able to harvest more pieces of Wheat for each plant you grow if you harvest them while hanging out with a Disney Friend who boosts gardening. You also might want to plant the seeds in the Peaceful Meadow Biome to receive a boost to crop growth time.
