There are 25 different varieties of fish you could use in this dish (not counting theFestive Fishfrom the December 2022 update.) Common fish like Bass and Cod can be fished from white bubbling spots found in thePeaceful MeadoworDazzle Beach. If you want to make this dish sell for more money or restore more energy, you could use less frequently found fish, like aKingfishor aFugu. Both can be found on Dazzle Beach, but only under certain conditions.
