As gifts cannot be refunded or returned, you should verify that you are sending the gift to thecorrect person. Makes sure that you have them on your friends list and that their name is spelled correctly. The player you are trying to gift to must not be banned or they cannot receive the gift.
You should check to make sure that you have selected the right gift to send. Once you have sent the gift, there is nothing you may do to get a refund or return it, so extra caution is the best practice.
