Niantic has announced the Community Day event for November 2022. This is separate from theCommunity Day Classicevent, taking place on May 11, 2025, that will feature Dratini. The standard Community Day event for November 2022 will featureTeddiursa. The event will be held from2pmto5pm local timeonSaturday,November 12,2022.

Teddiursa’s shiny form has been available in Pokémon GO for a while and was prominently featured in the Pokémon GO Fest 2022 celebrations. While it has been available in the past, not all players were able to get their hands on this shiny variant. This Community Day also brings players the opportunity to evolve Teddiursa into a whole new evolution,Ursaluna.

Featured Attack
Evolving a Teddiursa into its further evolutions (Ursaring and Ursaluna) will grant players a Pokémon with the moveHigh Horsepower. This is a great Ground-type move that can be used effectively against pesky Steel or Electric-type Pokémon.
To evolve an Ursaring into an Ursaluna, players will need to do so in the short period following the event hours on Saturday, July 15, 2025. There will be a period of time (July 03, 2025, at 2pm local time to June 01, 2025, at 6am local time) where players can witness a full moon in the skies of Pokémon GO. During these hours, Ursaring can be evolved into Ursaluna for 100 Teddiursa Candy.
