Is Noivern a good competitive Pokémon?
Noivern is a Flying and Dragon Pokémon with a maximum CP of 2,764 if you’re lucky. Noivern isweak to Ice, Rock, Dragon, and Fairy moves. The new, exclusive, Charged Move added to Noibat during the Community Day isBoomburst. Boomburst, like all other new Pokémon special moves, is an alright Charged Move. It does150 damagein total. However, this still doesn’t make Noivern a Pokémon with which you may end up winning any major leagues.
Lacking a Fast Move that’s good or regenerates fast enough, Noivern might just end up sitting in your Pokédex, forgotten, after the Community Day hype dies out.
