Because of this, having plenty of Toughness makes a character that much harder to bring down and can make a major difference in battle.
The problem with the Toughness bug is that if a character has a Toughness stat greater than 100, the game can potentially bug out and ignore the Toughness bar, taking a character from a strong tank to a frail fighter. While the Veteran Career character typically is the only one with over 100 Toughness, certain Curios in the game can push a character’s Toughness over 100, meaning the bug can affect anyone.
