To this day, American players were divided into two server regions, NA East and NA West. Pro players and the prize pool were divided and didn’t interact with each other in a match or a tournament. This is changing now because from Chapter 4 Season 2 on, the regions will combine to create the new NA Central server. Fortnite NA Central Server Location
The new NA Central server will be located inDallas, Texas. This change will make players closer to Texas a lot happier because their latency and ping will be decreased significantly. On the other side, players that are farther from the main server will experience higher ping and latency. You will be allowed to play on NA West and East in the arena game mode, but tournaments will be only available in the NA Central server region. It was announced that the prize pool will also be merged into the new server when the change takes place.
