You can find the Boy Having Nightmares outside the entrance of the Seaport of Cotto, on the right-hand side, even before entering for the first time.
How to complete the When I Sleep and When I Wake quest in Star Ocean Divine Force
To complete the When I Sleep and When I Wake quest in Star Ocean: The Divine Force, you must defeat five Death Specter Mors at the top of Hallowed Mount Galca-Lemthas. In the room with the rest point campfire, before the decent using the stone.
Five Death Specter Mors will spawn. These are tanky enemies who use heavily area of effect magic attacks. If you go charging in, your team can get instantly wiped out with one attack. They are semi-resistant to physical attacks, so change to someone who uses magic themselves to deal damage.
If you are struggling. Attempt to kill one. Escape, heal up, then go back in. Rinse and repeat. After all five are dead, report back to the Boy Having Nightmares outside the Seaport of Cotto for the quest to be completed.
