Unless you have plenty of caps to fast travel, these locations can be out of the way. We recommend saving up a lot of Treasury Notes and cashing them in bulk. That being said, there is a 200 Gold Bullionexchange limitwithin a real-time 20-hour time period. This means you will only be able to turn in a certain amount of Treasury notes before having to return the next day.
