You can find the Legendary Chest at the location marked in the image above. As you progress through this area, your companion, who we won’t know for spoilers, will remark something about plants exploding and the market. At this point, turn left and make your way down this path. As you go around the first corner, you will see a wall with a tunnel you can crotch under.
