Once in the mines, you will come to the Nornir Chest after lifting a gate for you and Freya to continue. The three torches to activate this are all close by, making it an easy reward. Here is where to find all torches in the Myrkr Mines in God of War Ragnarök.
Torch #1
You will go through a long corridor just before you reach the chest. There are some crates on the right side; destroy these to reveal the first torch in an alcove. Use the Blades of Chaos to activate it.

Torch #2
The second torch is in the same small room as the chest, tucked away in a corner. Strike it with the Blades of Chaos to activate it.
Torch #3
The third and final torch is in the room to the left of the chest. Have Freya create a link with her Sigil Arrows and then strike them to ignite the torch.
