Where to find Tinkatink in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Tinktatink is a shy Pokémon; therefore, it is somewhat hard to find. This rare Pokémon appears sporadically throughout Paldea, but you will mostly want to look in theEast Province,West Province, andSouth Province. We found ours inSouth Province Area 2near the mountains. When you encounter a Tinkatink, use a higher level Poke Ball and status conditions to increase your odds of capturing it. If you are having trouble finding one, you could alwaystradefor a Tinkatink with a friend.

How to evolve Tinkatink and Tinkatuff in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Tinkatink will evolve intoTinkatuffatlevel 24in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. After that, you will need to raise your Tinkatuff tolevel 38for it to evolve intoTinkaton. As a three-stage evolution Pokémon, it will become stronger each time it evolves. With a final evolution at level 38, it may fall off in the low and mid-30s, but it will pick back up once it reaches its final evolution.

Tinkaton is a powerful Fairy and Steel-type Pokémon, featuring great Speed and Special Defense with slightly above average values in its other stats. You will definitely want a nature that increases Attack to take advantage of its incredibly strong signature move, Gigaton Hammer. This Steel-type move has a fantastic base attack value of 160, letting Tinkaton pack quite a punch.
