Sarah Nurse (Forward, Canadian National Team)
Sarah Nurse is the first female hockey player to star as a cover athlete for the NHL game franchise. In 2022, she broke the record for themost points scored during a single Olympic hockey tournamentfor both male and female teams. In the Canadian youth squads, she earned a multitude of golds and came home from the 2018 Olympics with a silver medal after a shootout win against the United States team.

Trevor Zegras (Center, Anaheim Ducks)
Though Trevor Zegras is still a rookie, he’s made a name for himself during his first season with the Anaheim Ducks to the degree that he evenhas a move named after him. He was named Rookie of the Month during his first season and was a finalist for the NHL Rookie of the Year award. At21 years of age, he is one of the youngest players featured on an NHL cover.
