Call of Duty’s Zombies mode has always been a series of terrifying yet wacky adventures, yet Black Ops 3’s Zombies mode stands out above the rest in terms of its wackiness. The best example of this would be the incredibly powerful elemental staffs that players can gather, such asBlack Ops 3’s Fire Staff. Another staff that players can gather is the Wind Staff, and luckily it is one of the easiest staffs to assemble and upgrade.

Obtaining the Wind Staff pieces in CoD Black Ops 3 Zombies Chronicles
Creating the Wind Staff requires you to find its three pieces and assemble them. For other staffs, the locations of the pieces are fairly straightforward. However, the Wind Staff’s pieces are all hidden within the feet of the giant robots roaming the map, making them potentially difficult to grab. There is one piece for each robot and to get to them you need to run beneath a robot’s foot and shoot the glowing symbols found there. Doing this correctly will allow you to teleport into the robots' heads as well as reward you with the Wind Staff pieces.
Obtaining the Black Disk and Gramophone in CoD Black Ops 3 Zombies Chronicles
Obtaining the Wind Staff pieces is exciting, but the pieces cannot be put together until you have reached Crazy Place. To do that, you need to find the Black Disk and Gramophone:
Once all of the Wind Staff pieces, the Black Disk, and the Gramophone have been obtained, you can finally access Crazy Place. Here, you can use the Wind pedestal to create the Wind Staff and begin blowing zombies away with a flourish of your mighty new weapon!

How to upgrade the Wind Staff in CoD Black Ops 3 Zombies Chronicles
Now that you’ve assembled the Wind Staff, the next and final step is to fully upgrade it. To do this, head back to Crazy Place and locate the Yellow Portal. Near it, you’ll find large rings of symbols that you must shoot to realign the symbols. Using the image above the rings will allow you to decipher the correct order for the symbols.
Once this is done, you must head back above ground and locate three separate smoke trails. These trails must each be blown in the direction of the Excavation Site using the Wind Staff’s powers. The three locations of the smoke trails are as follows:
After this, head to the Excavation Site and locate the huge floating rings found there. Fire the Wind Staff at each of the rings until they turn to the color yellow, then fire the Wind Staff at the floating orb that appears.
Finally, head back to Crazy Place and set the Wind Staff inside the Wind Pedestal. Begin killing zombies near the staff as this will begin to charge it. Killing a few dozen zombies near the staff will cause it to absorb their souls and fully upgrade it.
